Hi,
We found the issue is due to missing css styles in your template. So try adding and the below css code in your /templates/<your default template>/css/template.css file and check the problem solved.

.modal {
bottom: 0;
display: none;
left: 0;
outline: 0 none;
overflow: hidden;
position: fixed;
right: 0;
top: 0;
z-index: 1050;
}
.fade {
opacity: 0;
transition: opacity 0.15s linear 0s;
}
