Happy news!!! Finally issue fixed, Seems your template is not compatible with bootstrap , our email to friend app build by using twitter bootstrap , I just load the bootstrap css files in your site. now the j2store email to friend app works well in your site. kindly check it,

The modal does show up.
But
As soon as I click on one of the boxes to add information, the modal disappears.

I made the template path unwritable. Let me know if you need it changed.

there is no email to friend app published in your site

I unpublished it to show my client.
I got it to work by adding

Happy your problem solved. We found, a third party extension in your website is restricting Send mail function.
Kindly disable the plugin in your site and try sending the email to friend.
