I am getting an error when installing the jb_creativ_quickstart extension. It says it "cannot find the XML file". Is there somethng wrong with the template or my settings?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hi Mate,
You cant install the package via Extension manager, send your database details to our support mail we will install the quickstart package in your site
