TOPIC: Google Maps API missing

I have installed the template but I receive a Javascript error due to Google Maps API missing.
Please help me to solve this big problem.

I have removed the module because I need a map.
The javascript console tells me that I need an API in order to run your Google Maps module.
I do not see any API in your code, so I think there is a problem with Google Maps new policy.
Please let me know if you can help me. I think this issue is present in all websites starting from july 2016
