We have used T3 framework in our bookstore, if you want to use our bookstore for your project you need to use t3 framework, and we can disable Gantry 5 so that we wont face any issues.

Thanks for your quick reply! I wonder if I can face trouble if I assign bookstore template to a NEW Joomla menu , different from "main menu" which uses Gantry 5 and Callisto. Also Bookstore works with joomla 3.5.1?

Our template support latest version of joomla 3.5.1, and when you use our template you cant use the Gantry 5 and Callisto. you need to switch to t3 framework. when you purchase our templates you will get two main packages

bookstore template package (Specially for existing websites)
bookstore quickstat package(for New sites which comes with all demo data)

Sorry, but the existing website is very nice to browse at and rather big and I don't want to loose all the previous work. Do you think everything will be ok if I use a new domain with the same name but with the extension .com (for instance: www.mysite.com?)

Ya i can understand, i still can't understand what you need, actually when you use our bookstore template package your menu items will be keep as it is only the website design will be change. and can you please explain in details about the part you said about domain name things? i can't get this
