Hi! I need some help with the layout of my site.

I need to make the CATEGORY and filters dropdown menus collapsed by default and the shop section on full width.

Also, it seems that the offcanvas menu does not appear on landscape mode of my tablet and phone. Is this normal?

Category filters dropdown we can't make them collapsed by default the function is not provided. during the first request, you asked us to make the all filters dropdown option we made this by using default j2store functions. means they already added this features for only category filters we just copied the same option for all filters. if the default collapsed is available we can make that easily in this case we do not find any option for this.

Also, I have a small doubt about your shop page full-width request. kindly refer the link below

do you need like the reference image above?

On the category filter dropdown, understood. I just feel that the Categories and Filters Lists are so long. Maybe we can reduce the space in between the categories/filters?

I noticed in your tutorial video, the shop takes long to load. This has also been the case for my side whenever I view it. Is there anything I can do to make it load faster? I already worked with my hosting provider to optimize it from the server side but not much improvement.

Hi Matthew Sarino ,

The Page loading time delay on shop page is not from the sidebar mate, it's from pre-loader script in the template in case you don't know what is preloader I describe below

when page loading one green wave came before the page appears right? this is called preloader. there is nothing wrong with the sidebar. almost 4lacs active websites run on J2store even big sites. non-faceing page load issue due to this sidebar mate.

oh i didnt mean that the loading time was due to the sidebar. i was just saying that i've noticed the preloader makes it seem like its a long time before customers see the items in the shop and was thinking this will be a cause for them not to continue browsing / buying. Initially I thought it was just on my side that it took long to load.

on the concern about the space between filter items, is there a way to reduce them?
