Hi

I've installed the fitness care template and there seems to be an issue with the theme. Quite a few bits are out of place and are not similar to the actual fitness care theme.

Can I not have it exact same as the the fitness care theme with the images instead of the placeholders grey boxes. I will change all the images to my own.

Also if you can make the homepage similar to https://preview.themeforest.net/item/recover-multipurpose-responsive-joomla-template/full_screen_preview/20740816?_ga=2.237907328.1868025317.1596757545-313529589.1563727694

Please select GYM.

Hello,

You have some script errors which prevent the sliders to work, if you check the console, you get a lot of 404 errors (I got 404 errors trying to login to the website). Server is very slow and times out a lot, I recomment you check with your server provider what the issues are.

If you check image 1, for example, that is what I get trying to access the slider component. You can try reinstalling, maybe there was something wrong with the first install, but most likely it's the server that is slow.

You can get the original images from here, I understand that placehoders are pretty confusing: https://we.tl/t-aSHvJpTRCH

Regarding the homepage customizing, I am sorry, but that is not included in the free support, customizing means extra charges.

Hope you resolve the issues.

The 404 errors are not an issue. it just re-directs to that page because the main site is currently hosted on a different server hence it takes you to http://www.physiqueacademy.co.uk whereas the site (joomla) I'm working on is located on a totally different server and that url is dev.physiqueacademy.co.uk

I've installed the template twice no wand I am still getting the same issues.

Let me help you undestand.

I am not talking about the main site, I am talking about the website where the template is hosted, the one you provided to us: dev.physiqueacademy.co.uk

The 404 errors are an issue because that's what's causing the website to not look like in the demo. 404 means the browser cannot get the files from the server, if you check my attached image, the slider and all carousel files are not loaded properly.

Hello Moghees,

After reinstalled the new package if the original images are not found and only you saw the placeholder means This must be cache. try hard to refresh your browser Because I tested the package it works well and good.

Also pls check your server has any domain redirection If redirection setup in your server this happens. there is nothing we do with the template, this only from the server-side.
