Hi, I am trying to install Universal - Responsive Consulting Business Joomla Template, but I get an installation error

JInstaller:: Install: file does not exist /home/c0220546/public_html/consalt/tmp/install_5f2075c39ed08/template_preview.png
Template installation: Failed to copy files from source files.

Will you please tell me which file you installed? did you install the entire zip file which you downloaded from ThemeForest?

Of course not! I installed the correct zip file, I already solved that problem, just open the file "template_preview.jpg" and saved it as .png

Now I have another problem, after database restoration said "Unable to connect to the Database: Could not connect to MySQL"

Hi Stella Peña,

This means your database details are wrong or your apache server is not running, incase you are installing the package in your server kindly contact the host. if the installation is localhost restart your apcahe server.
