Hi, I have a doubt, I have read that many people are having problems with the new updates of SP Page Builder, I have not updated my template with the newest version, if I update it with “SP Page Builder Pro 3.9.24” will it change something on the design of the template? Right now I have the version of 3.6.1

Where did you read about the problems? I am currently working with the last version of Page Builder and didn't find any issues.
You can update, don't worry, but as we always recommend, before you do any updates, please make a backup of your website first.
