I didn't get any email response, the only email response was that I need to write my issue here which I did, however your answer in 'FAQ' is not reasonable; why there is a preset changer if it doesn't work! that should have been mentioned before we buy the template. indeed the template has custom css all over and defiantly preset changer is a joke here.
The response is in the faq link I sent you. The preset changer is present in the Helix framework, which is the skeleton of our template. However, as explained in the faq, we used in development other components which overwrites the css from the helix.
We cannot anticipate all the changes a client wants and specify them in the description, following your logic, the preset changer's presence is also not specified at all, meaning it is not a template feature. If a certain thing is important to you, you can always ask a presale question in the comments section or at my email address.
You can change colors in this template, but not as easy as a single click.
